Is another eco styled resort which is in an area of 10,000 sq mtr in the heart of the commercial capital i.e. Margao

It is 5kms from the famous colva beach. This project contains 5 rooms (2 AC,3 Non AC),5 special cottages (2 AC,3 Non AC), 2Dormitories (1AC, 1 Non AC each having a capacity of 20 people) and 5 Basement Tents (each having a capacity of 9 persons total 45 persons can be accommodated having floor mattress sleeping). It has a 150 mtr Zip Line which is operated by French Operators in the tourist season & also Art of Living is running a PANCHAKARMA massage centre. It also has swimming pools with water slides for adults and kids. It has 2 kitchens with 2 dining halls where you have an option of preparing your own food and the gas cylinders and utensils can be provided if needed and will be charged extra. We have designed an artificial waterfall which is also the biggest. The area is such that being in city it gives you feelings of being in a jungle. Project Brochure is enclosed.

On one corner of the property you can find the Jai Gurudev Ayurveda, Wellness Centre which has been set up by Mr Shyam Prabhu Gaunkar.
There are five cottage style rooms which are large and have ensuite bathrooms. These are located around the perimeter.

As you proceed upstairs you come to the ‘Jungle Stage’ which is used for daytime events in the shade of the trees. The place is large enough to seat about 200 guests and is a very romantic setting for a small wedding or celebrations.

Just a little bit higher lies the Resorts Multi cuisine restaurant called Food Heaven which is at the highest point in the Resort . It features a tandoor and has a speciality Fish Curry & Rice served on a Banana leaf.

Facilities include 2 swimming pools with water slides, Ayurvedic massage center, mini conference and party halls, open air venues, walking track, water falls and much much more.

On the rooftop of the restaurant is the launching pad of the zip lines. In partnership with Goa Jungle Pvt Ltd and wader–the-gWdance-of Mr-Emmanuel Ferre from France, you can try out this adventure sport which is fun for the whole family. Using European Norm equipment you will be able to fly from Rooftop to treetops and beyond while attached to a steel cable with a harness.

in a nutshell you have a very healthy place to come to right in the heart of the city where you have plenty of greenery, lots of exercise, no alcohol, good food, comfortable rooms, adventure sports and an ayurvedic centre.
